Arshey studied Food Science at the University of Florida (UF) and also worked for their Taste Panel as a Technician, before joining the MMR Sensory Team in 2016 as an Associate Sensory Research Executive. 

Based in our Pleasantville SSC, Arshey gets stuck in to all aspects of the project cycle - from prepping samples for panels in the kitchen to analyzing data and writing debriefs for clients.

When she’s not huddled next to the heater during winter wondering why she ever left sunny South Florida, or guiltily inhaling matcha ice cream, she likes to binge-watch shows, dance, look up pictures of food, and keep up to date about the social and global humanitarian injustices that plague humanity. 

Oh, and she wishes she had a dog.
