Caroline joined the MMR team following her PhD Sensory Science studies at the University of Reading, plus experience gained from the Food Standards Agency and a microbiology company.

Now as Head of Innovation, she works on sensory innovation projects, sensory qualitative approaches as well as collaborating with MMR Chairman David Thomson on foundational academic research.

Outside of work, she enjoys a run (when the weather permits!), catching up with friends or getting stuck into a good book.
