Ellen gained a Masters in Food Science from Penn State University and started working as a part time lab technician during her undergraduate degree. Since then she has had roles in both consumer and sensory research in a variety of areas including academic, retail grocery, flavors and market research.

Ellen joins our team in the US as Research Manager, moving out of the lab to be more involved with project management and client liason.

Outside of work Ellen enjoys traveling, checking out new restaurants and breweries, and is a fantastic multi-tasker particularly when it comes to eating, drinking and cooking.
