Louise joined MMR in 2013, thrown right in at the deep end as Receptionist & Office Administrator. Her role required her to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office along with booking travel and accommodation requirements for any overseas visits (of which there are a lot!) organising catering for meetings and conferences and answering the phone and door all day long - to name just a few!

After spending 3 years pandering to the needs of just about everyone in the business, Louise is now HR Administrator for MMR Group. She now takes care of the recruitment process from application right on through to the first day and beyond! She looks after all the new starters, preparing induction timetables and taking care of any questions or queries that may come her way.

When she's not working her socks off, she enjoys curling up on the sofa with a good book or TV programme and, on rare ocassions, watching her husband do the housework!
