A self-confessed people watcher, Luisa has risen through the ranks at MMR since leaving the University of Sussex behind, and has developed a unique Luisa-shaped role in the business.

She operates as the smiling hub at the centre of the research, marketing and innovation teams, effectively integrating all of their best bits to improve methods, communications, outputs and efficiencies.

Curiosity leads her into lots of different initiatives across the business, bringing the wealth of experience gained from working across multiple accounts and methodologies - but she will always consider concept testing and development to be her heartland.

For Luisa, weekends are spent observing the strict 90 minute punishment of being a Reading FC season ticket holder, before taking the dog out for a long walk (in just the right outfit).
