Maria da Serra's role as Head of the African Business is to drive and manage MMR studies in the region, from her base in Durban South Africa. 

Maria has extensive client side experience in consumer research and R&D across home, personal care and foods product categories.  Her sixteen years of experience within Research & Development, including 10 years in consumer insights roles means that she understands the consumer research required to develop and innovate perfect products. 

Maria has conducted and led consumer research in a number of countries globally and has an in-depth understanding of South Africa and other African markets, which greatly aides MMR's ability to deliver in this interesting and exciting consumer environment.
