Based in Pleasantville NY, Valerie heads up MMR’s sensory research across the globe. She trained in biochemistry then food science with a specialization in formulation and sensory science, and this enables her to help clients make better products and brands  by looking at a product’s sensory properties more holistically. She’s well travelled, having worked in the UK, Australia and the USA over the course of her 15 year career.

Free time is spent enjoying NYC with friends and family; running in central park, or catching a yoga class when she can.
