Refund Policy – Professional Participants

Introduction

Thank you for registering for the IFST-certified Sensory Science course delivered by MMR Research Worldwide Limited. To ensure a fair and transparent process, please review the refund policy below before completing your payment.

Who this applies to

This policy applies to individuals registering as Professional Participants, either independently or on behalf of their employer.

Refund Terms

• The course requires a minimum of 6 participants to run.
• If the course is cancelled or postponed by the organizer (e.g. due to low enrolment), participants will be notified in advance and offered a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
• If a participant voluntarily withdraws after payment, no refund will be issued unless special circumstances apply and are approved in writing by the organizer.
