MMR started trading from the spare bedroom of Founders' David Thomson and Teresa Church in Benson, Oxfordshire.
We grew to 10 employees, moved into a new HQ at Wallingford House and completed our first international project with Mars Petcare, in Europe.
Our in-house Statistics function was born and sister agency HRW Healthcare was founded.
We opened our first international office in Roseland, New Jersey.
Our proprietary conceptual profiling and ranging methodologies were launched, and we hit $10m turnover for the first time.
Our dedicated, global qualitative research function was formed.
By 2015 we had Sensory Science Centers and research hubs in 7 global locations, including Shanghai, Mumbai, Durban, New York and Singapore.
We also rolled out The MMR Academy, a training initiative encouraging client collaboration and inspiring innovative thinking.
We launched Express, our suite of agile, tech-enabled innovation development solutions offering speed and flexibility, without compromise.
We acquired video production agency Ideal Insight, taking our storytelling and reporting capabilities to the next level.
We set up our own Automation & Software Development team, while also hitting $40m turnover.
Huxly & Cubo Innovation were incorporated, adding brand consultancy and rapid prototyping to MMR's growing family portfolio.
Our new age innovation team NOVA was formed, partnering with clients to explore tech solutions and develop new methodologies. We also hit $50m turnover.
We acquired digital design and marketing communications experts, Together Agency and employed over 400 brilliant people.
