Shuai gained her Masters in Food Innovation from the University of Leeds, UK. As Senior Research Executive, she handles projects through the entirety of their lifecycle and has been with us since the start of 2015.

Previously, Shuai was a sensory specialist for Nestle R&D and then worked as a product developer for Wilmar.

Outside of work, Shuai spends her most of her time tirelessly begging her family for a puppy!
