Danone were looking to innovate under the Evian brand, leveraging functional benefits and trends in water and flavored sparkling water for the US market.
We ran a four day design thinking co-creation program to evolve early stage concept and product stimuli with a cross-functional Danone team. This clarified which direction to pursue across concept, pack, comms and liquid. We then used our Express Product tools to assess the liquids and verify the potential for different flavors to launch, versus a key competitor.
The full proposition was launched in March 2021 across the US, with plans to expand in to other key markets.
