NEWS RELEASE: MMR Research Announces The Appointment of A New Commercial Director in Asia

ASIA, SINGAPORE: Global consumer and sensory research agency, MMR Research, has announced the appointment of former GfK and Nielsen executive Mihir Inamdar as Commercial Director at MMR Asia. The newly formed role forms part of MMR’s continued contribution towards the advancement of research and development efforts in Asia, following rapid growth over the last few years.

Mihir, who has more than 16 years of industry experience, joins from GfK in India where he was the Director of Market Intelligence, a role which involved leading a large team handling key multi-national clients across a range of sectors. Prior to GfK, Mihir worked across various roles in Nielsen managing global, regional and local clients in India, UAE, Egypt, China and Malaysia. His last role at Nielsen was Commercial Director – Retail Measurement for Malaysia.

Mihir brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise making him the perfect addition to the MMR family. As a Commercial Director at MMR, Mihir will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with brands and manufacturers in Asia. Reporting to Mark Sismey, the Managing Director for MMR Asia, Mihir will also lead the expansion of the MMR suite of consulting services in the region.
